The Iyengar Yoga Association of Hong Kong is honoured to host Abhijata Iyengar to teach a 5-day series of online yoga sessions from 14 to 18 September (Monday to Friday). Following the study trip to RIMYI in Pune in January 2019 for some of us, this event provides a particularly wonderful opportunity for continuing our practice with Abhijata again, and bringing the Pune experience to our own home.
A senior teacher at RIMYI, Abhijata Iyengar is the granddaughter of Yogacharya BKS Iyengar. She started studying yoga from her teens under the direct guidance of her maternal grandfather, BKS Iyengar, her aunt, Dr. Geeta S. Iyengar and uncle Sri Prashant Iyengar.
Notes to Registrants:
1/ Enrolment Requirement: Yoga practitioners who are proficient with Salamba Sirsasana (headstand) and Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulderstand).
2/ Cost: HK$1,000 for IYAHK member; HK$1,200 for non-IYAHK member
· no single-class registration;
· recording available after class (see below);
· no refund.
3/ Format:
· All classes will be taught through the ZOOM application. A daily renewed meeting link will be emailed to participants at least 12 hours prior to each session. Please contact secretary.iyahk@gmail.com if you do not receive the link.
· The teaching will be conducted in English with Cantonese translation.
4/ Recording: Links of the class recordings will be available for all participants after each class daily; valid until 3 October 2020 and not to be shared with any non-participants.
5/ Register online :
· At the check out, please make sure that you type in your correct email address for receiving the meeting links.
· Deadline: Thursday, 10 September, 2020

香港艾揚格瑜伽協會十分榮幸邀請到尊師的孫女Abhijata Iyengar在9月14至18日（星期一至五），一連五天在網上主持「跟隨Abhijata Iyengar修習艾揚格瑜伽 」課堂，設粵語翻譯。如果你曾參加去年一月的浦那課程，這次的活動就特別有意義，因為你可安坐家中就能繼續跟隨Abhijata Iyengar修習，請萬勿錯過這個學習的良機。
Abhijata Iyengar的外公是瑜伽大師Yogacharya BKS艾揚格，她自小師承尊師本人、她的姨媽Dr. Geeta S. Iyengar和舅父Sri Prashant Iyengar 三人修練瑜伽。她現在是浦那總院的高級老師。
參加者須知：
1/ 參加資格：能掌握基本頭倒立和肩倒立之艾式瑜伽學員或老師
2/ 費用：香港協會會員：HK$1,000 ；非香港協會會員： HK$1,200
· 不設單日課堂；
· 費用包括課堂影片（詳情見下方4/）；
· 不設退款。
3/ 上課形式：
· 課堂會用「ZOOM」視像會議程式進行。課堂前不少於12小時，我們會以電郵發放每天上課的連結資料給學員。如未收到電郵，請與本會聯絡 : secretary.iyahk@gmail.com。
· 英語授課，附粵語翻譯。
4/ 課堂影片：每天的課堂影片連結會在下課後發放給學員，只供參加學員觀看直至10月3日。
5/ 網上報名：

· 截止報名日期：9月10日（星期四）；
