RSVP: Online Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 12 March 2021
I hope this email finds you well, and we all from the IYAHK wish you a prosperous Year of the Ox!
We are writing to invite you to the online-AGM to be held on Friday, 12 March 2021 from 18:30 to 20:00. Please RSVP before 9 March 2021.
Agenda :
Invocation to Patanjali.
1) Approve the minutes of the 2020 Annual General Meeting (19 April); Minutes of the AGM of IYAHK in 2020 Eng_FINAL (1).pdf
2) Approve the minutes of the 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting (26 July); Minutes of the EGM of IYAHK in 2020 Eng_10 Feb .pdf
3) Committee Report:
a. Review and approve the financial report of the Association;
b. Appointment or renewal of auditor for 2020 - 2021 financial year;
c. Other Standing Committee reports
4) Appointment of new committee members for the Executive Council and Standing Committee: IYAHK EC _ Committee Members 2021_FINAL.pdf
a. Vice Chair
b. Treasurer
c. Events Chair
d. Public Relations / Press and Communication Coordinator
e. one of the Hong Kong Island Representatives
5) Approve paid positions for the Association; and

Note :
Members may submit motions for consideration at the Annual General Meeting in writing to the Secretary (secretary.iyahk@gmail.com) not less than 14 days before the meeting.
Meeting details will be emailed to all registrants around one week before the meeting. Please let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you online!
