RSVP: Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 31 March 2024
We hope this email finds you well and we, the IYAHK team wish you stay healthy and a prosperous Loong year.
We are writing to invite you to the AGM to be held on Sunday, 31 March 2024 from 17:00 pm to 18:30 pm via Zoom to facilitate those who are away from Hong Kong or not able to join physically.
Please RSVP on or before 27 March 2024.
Agenda
Invocation to Patanjali.
1) Approve the minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting (2 April) – (Minutes of the AGM of IYAHK in 2023 Eng.pdf)
2) Committee Report:
a. Review and approve the financial report of the Association;
b. Draft budget – major expense items for 2023 - 2024
c. Appointment or renewal of auditor for 2023 - 2024 financial year;
d. Other Standing Committee reports
3) Appointment of new members for the Standing Committee –
a. Treasurer (incumbent : Ms Doris Choi)
b. Assessment & Teacher Training Standing Committee (incumbent : Mr George Dovas)
c. Public Relation/Press & Communication Standing Committee (incumbent : Ms Dorothy Cheung)
4) Any other business
Note :
Members may submit motions for consideration at the Annual General Meeting in writing to the Secretary (secretary.iyahk@gmail.com) not less than 14 days before the meeting.
Meeting details (Zoom meeting ID and password) will be emailed to all registrants a few days before the meeting. Please let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you online!
