RSVP: Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 2 April 2023
We hope this email finds you well and we, the IYAHK team wish you stay healthy and a prosperous year of the Rabbit.
We are writing to invite you to the AGM to be held on Sunday, 2 April 2023 from 17:30 to 19:00 at 21 Wing Wo Street, Central, Hong Kong. Yes, at last it has been a lapse of 3 years that we now able to meet physically in a conference room setting. We sincerely hope that you can come to join us. Alternatively, we would also provide video conferencing facilities via Zoom to facilitate those who are away from Hong Kong or not able to join physically.

Invocation to Patanjali.
1) Approve the minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting (12 March) – (Minutes of the AGM of IYAHK in 2022 Eng.pdf)
2) Committee Report:
a. Review and approve the financial report of the Association;
b. Draft budget – major expense items for 2022 - 2023
c. Appointment or renewal of auditor for 2022 - 2023 financial year;
d. Other Standing Committee reports
3) Appointment of new members for the Standing Committee –
a. Chair - Ethics and Certification Committee (incumbent : Ms Icy Lee)
b. Hong Kong Island Representative (incumbent : Ms Cary Au Yeung)
c. Kowloon / New Territories Representative (incumbent : Ms. Winnie Yu)
4) Any other business
Note :
Members may submit motions for consideration at the Annual General Meeting in writing to the Secretary (secretary.iyahk@gmail.com) not less than 14 days before the meeting.
Meeting details (Zoom meeting ID and password) will be emailed to all registrants around one week before the meeting. Please let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you online!
