The Iyengar Yoga Association of Hong Kong is again honored to host Abhijata Iyengar for a 5.5 days Iyengar Yoga Convention Hong Kong 2025.
Date : 10th October - 15th October 2025
Venue : Assembly, The Arca, 43 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong Island.
This event will undoubtedly provide a particularly wonderful opportunity to continue our practice with Abhijata again, and bringing the Pune experience to Hong Kong.
Abhijata began her serious yoga study from the young age of 16 under her maternal grandfather's direct guidance, B.K.S. Iyengar. She has also studied with her aunt, Dr. Geeta S. Iyengar and uncle Sri Prashant Iyengar. Continuing in her grandfather and aunt's tradition, Abhijata is a senior teacher at Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune and teaches internationally at Iyengar Yoga conventions around the world. While the Iyengar family's influence is evident in her teaching, Abhijata has developed her own teaching style demonstrating poise, maturity, and compassion well recognized.
Notes to Registrants:
1) Registration Requirement: Yoga practitioners who have been practicing Iyengar Yoga® regularly for 2 years or more.
2) Cost: HK$3,800 for IYAHK member* and HK$4,800 for non-members of the above.

• you need to cater for your own meal/accommodation (The Arca would offer discounted room rate for event registrants. Details would be provided after your registration.)
3) Format:
The teaching will be conducted in English. More detailed schedule will be announced in due course. The first 5 days will consist of a morning session and afternoon session of asana and/or pranayama. The 6th day will be a morning session. There will also be an opportunity to have discussions with Abhijata. Video recording will be provided for sighting after the convention.
4) Registration
Registration is open on 15 April 2025 00:00 am
Registration will be closed after 9 September 2025 (for IYAHK member) or when all spaces are filled.

香港艾揚格瑜伽協會(香港協會)很榮幸主辦由Abhijata Iyengar指導，為期5 天半的香港艾揚格瑜伽大會2025。

這次活動是一個特別的機會，讓我們能再次在Abhijata指導下學習艾揚格瑜伽，並將浦那的經驗帶到香港。
Abhijata Iyengar 從16歲起在外祖父 B.K.S. Iyengar的直接指導下開始認真學習瑜伽。她也曾在姑母 Geeta S. Iyengar 博士和舅舅 Sri Prashant Iyengar 指導下學習。 Abhijata 繼承了外祖父和姑母的傳統，成為浦那總院 的高級教師，並在世界各地的艾揚格瑜伽大會上教學。艾揚格家族對她的教學影響固然顯而易見，但 Abhijata也發展出個人的教學風格，展現出沉穩、成熟和同情心，並得到廣泛認同。

1) 報名要求：定期練習艾揚格瑜伽 2 年或以上的瑜伽學員。
2) 費用：香港協會 會員港幣 3,800 元*，非IYAHK會員港幣 4,800 元

3) 格式：
大會將以英語授課。 更詳細的時間表將會適時公佈。
首5天將會有上午一節和下午一節的體式和/或調息課程。第6天只有上午課程。 流程中還有機會與 Abhijata討論。大會結束後將提供錄象回放。
